Service: Retro-fitting of new Fineo glass into 3 pairs of sashes in the ground floor triple Venetian window, plus a complete overhaul and redecoration service done

This property is located very close to Barons Court tube station. The customer wanted us to retro-fit new Fineo glass into the existing sashes of triple Venetian style window on the ground floor front.
In conjunction with retro-fitting Fineo glass we carried out our full overhaul service which includes:
- Fitting new staff and parting bead that comes with pre-fitted draught excluders.
- Fitting new sash cord.
- Fitting new ironmongery; two lifts, two handles and one central lock.
As well as this the client asked us to completely repaint all internal and external timber of the windows.
To help with our fitters’ reglazing work on site with the new Fineo glass our workshop manufactured new glazing bars to be applied onto the glass. This was important so we matched the traditional, original design.
