Ms L’s property on Ambleside Avenue is a first floor flat located in Streatham. Our work to the sash windows completed Ms L’s property refurbishment that she organised.
The sash windows in this property are a key feature, so allowing as much light as possible whilst improving thermal efficiency are absolutely vital objectives for the flat. In total we fitted 8 new pairs of double glazed timber sashes; 4 to the front bay, 2 to the master bedroom and 2 to the guest bedroom. We also fitted café style shutters to the 4 front bay windows.
All the top sashes had a 12 pane design which we replicated in our new joinery.
