Here at Wandsworth Sash Windows, we have been supplying sash windows and other window-related services to the people of South-West London and beyond for several years now. We have showrooms in Battersea and Brockley, and now can announce our exciting plans to open our third showroom and workshop in Lower Sydenham.
Towards the end of April 2015, we completed on a 7,700 square foot industrial unit in Kangley Bridge Road in Lower Sydenham, conveniently located close to Lower Sydenham train station.
This exciting development will see the unit transformed into a dazzling showroom backed by an on-site workshop where our experts will manufacture the company’s high-quality products. It is hoped that refurbishment will commence in one to two months, and that the new showroom will be open to the public before autumn arrives this year.
We already operate two showrooms and workshops – one on the corner of Stormont Road and Lavender Hill in London, and the other at 355 Brockley Road, on the corner of Merritt Road, near Crofton Park.
Our company is a traditional, family-run firm who only employ the finest joiners and craftsmen, in order to fulfil the needs of local people who are looking to add a touch of class to their homes with authentic looking, traditional sash windows.
We pride ourselves in being able to provide perfectly bespoke window solutions. All our windows are made in house, so there is no need for us to be forced to stick to windows with specific, ‘one size fits all’ dimensions. No matter the style and scope of the installation that any customer is seeking to achieve, we are perfectly capable of supplying exactly what is required.
As well as providing new windows, we are also perfectly capable of performing repairs to existing sash windows, from draught sealing to complete frame replacements. Sash windows that have not been updated for decades are typically poor insulators when it comes to both heat and sound. Replacing decaying sash windows with new double glazed, box sash windows can help to lower your energy bills and also allows a more peaceful and noise-free atmosphere within a home.
