Nathan Smith

Operations Director

“Hi, I’m Nathan. I began working for Wandsworth Sash Windows in 2013. I manage the day-to-day running of the business, overseeing workshop production as well as our installation and customer service teams. I love being able to see a project through, from giving the initial quotation to installation. I spend lots of time visiting customers’ properties and managing their installations, but I also love being in the office – there’s a great team atmosphere, and someone is always making a cup of tea. If I’m not in the office at the weekend, you’ll usually find me watching football on a Saturday afternoon.”

Matthew Smith

Order Processor

“I’m Matthew Smith – if you place an order with us, I will take care of it for you. I’ve been here since 2013 and my job is to manage projects from beginning to end, getting regular updates from the workshop to keep customers informed. I also carry out quality checks to maintain our high standards. I enjoy being organised, so I like to keep a project on track and make sure everyone is happy. My job certainly keeps me busy but I do find time to play football on Sundays. I also enjoy listening to debates or lectures and recent topics have included Russia, politics and Bryan Cranston’s acting career – they’re all good conversation starters with my customers!”

Stephanie Slatter

Sales Manager

“You might also know me as Steph – I’ll be your main point of contact when you place an order. I send out quotations and keep customers informed throughout their project, working closely with Matthew and our workshop to provide regular updates. I love working with everyone in the office and we get through many cups of tea together – though I usually swap tea for Sauvignon Blanc on a Friday after a busy week in the office!”

Natalie Slatter

Financial Controller

“I’m Natalie and I take care of financial control, wages and invoicing. If you call Wandsworth Sash Windows, it will probably be me who answers the phone to you. I really enjoy my job and love the support I have received as the newest member of the team. I will talk to you about your invoices and help you out with any enquiries. At the weekend, I love to relax with friends and family and I squeeze in a trip to the gym whenever I can.”
