Meet the Team
Handcrafted in Britain since 2012
Trained by us, trusted by London homeowners
Replacing your windows is something you only want to do once, so it is essential that the people you choose are experts in their craft. Our whole team are time-served and very experienced. All of our surveying team have previously worked for us as installers, and have more than 10 years experience on installations. When assessing the condition of windows and recommending services, it is essential that you understand the intricacies and potential challenges of what you are proposing, and this can only come from experience of installation.
Our workshop staff are true experts in their field. Manufacturing timber windows and doors requires not only skill, but knowledge, patience and experience. Ensuring the correct timber is selected, the joints are machined perfectly, and the paint is applied at the right temperature and consistency can only come from having done it thousands of times before.
Our 10 installation teams are made up of a senior fitter and a junior fitter, and between them install more than 1500 windows per year. All of our senior fitters have worked for us for more than two years, and most came to us without experience in sash windows and were trained by us over years in best practice. We continue this ethos of training our team to be experts by bringing in young team members to work as junior fitters, and learn the trade.
Below you will meet some of the people who will survey, make and fit your windows.
